Services

Every shipment has a different best route.

Sea, air and road each suit a different mix of volume, value and timing. Trade support keeps the paperwork and handoffs around them in order.

Sea freight

Sea freight

Full containers or consolidated space through Turkish ports toward Gulf, Red Sea and Mediterranean destinations, planned port-to-port or with coordinated door delivery.

  • FCL
  • LCL / consolidation
  • Port-to-port
  • Coordinated door delivery
A typical scenario
A Jeddah distributor restocks furniture and packaged goods from three Istanbul suppliers, combined into one container plan.
What you prepare
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Package count, gross weight and dimensions
  • Supplier pickup address and ready date
  • HS codes, if already known
Best when
Volume is sizable, the ready date has some flexibility, and cost per unit of space matters more than speed.

Air freight

Air freight

Time-sensitive commercial cargo with Istanbul Airport as the export gateway, planned airport-to-airport or with coordinated final-mile options.

  • Airport-to-airport
  • Coordinated final mile
  • Compact and high-value cargo
A typical scenario
A Dubai retailer needs replacement stock and launch samples before a store opening date that will not move.
What you prepare
  • Exact dimensions per package — volumetric weight matters
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Anything that affects handling, such as batteries or temperature needs
Best when
Cargo is light or compact, its value is high relative to weight, or a date matters more than transport cost.

Road freight

Road freight

Overland full-truck and part-load planning toward Iraq, Jordan and Riyadh, where the corridor makes road practical.

  • FTL
  • Part load
  • Door to door
A typical scenario
An Erbil wholesaler receives palletised goods from an Istanbul manufacturer every month.
What you prepare
  • Pallet count, dimensions and gross weight
  • Loading address and time window
  • Export documents from the supplier
Best when
The destination is reachable overland, cargo is palletised, and a door-to-door rhythm without port handoffs helps.

Trade support

Trade support

The coordination layer around the move itself — useful on its own or alongside any mode.

  • Export-document coordination

Checking with the supplier that invoices, packing lists and origin documents match the plan.

  • Customs-process guidance

What the process usually asks for, so your licensed broker receives a complete file.

  • Cargo consolidation

Several supplier pickups planned into one outbound shipment.

  • Warehousing coordination

Short holds arranged through partner facilities when goods are ready early.

  • Door-to-door planning

One view of every handoff from supplier gate to receiving dock.

A typical scenario
A first-time importer in Amman buys from four Turkish suppliers and is unsure which documents each should prepare.
What you prepare
  • Supplier names and pickup locations
  • The documents you already hold
  • Your customs broker’s contact at destination
Best when
Several suppliers are involved, it is your first shipment on a corridor, or the paperwork is unclear.

Customs clearance is performed by licensed brokers in each country. Aurevia’s role in this demo is guidance and coordination, not regulated customs work.

Which mode fits your cargo?

Questions

Practical answers before you plan

Still unsure which service fits? The planner can suggest a mode from your cargo profile.

Plan a shipment

Is the planner result a quote?

No. It is an indicative planning range calculated in your browser from static demo assumptions. It is not a binding quote, a booking, or a confirmation that capacity is available.

Do you clear customs yourselves?

Customs clearance is handled by licensed brokers in each country. The service described here is guidance on what the process needs and coordination so documents arrive complete.

What if my cargo is hazardous or personal effects?

The planner routes these to manual review and shows no number. They need a specialist conversation about classification, packing and carrier acceptance first.

Can goods from several Turkish suppliers travel together?

Yes, that is what consolidation planning is for: separate pickups combined into one outbound shipment, with documents aligned across suppliers.

How do I choose between sea, air and road?

Start with weight, volume and how firm your date is. Choose “Help me choose” in the planner and it suggests a mode from your cargo profile, with the reason shown.

Which documents should my supplier prepare?

Usually a commercial invoice and packing list, plus a certificate of origin or product documents where the destination asks for them. Requirements vary, so confirm with your broker.

Is Aurevia a real company?

No. Aurevia Trade Logistics is a fictional brand built as a portfolio demonstration. No transport services are offered, and the contact channels are not monitored.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the cargo on WhatsApp, or use the planner to see how mode and scope change the range.
